"Well ... you excelled yourself for us and I was going to email you today. Everything worked perfectly ... from our arrival in Palermo (and wonderful restaurant recommendation from our taxi driver ) to final lift off in Catania. Having known little about Sicily beforehand, we were impressed that after a conversation with us on the phone, you ascertained our needs and built a package for us that really worked. All the accommodation was very comfortable and you took into account our need for spacious rooms. We appreciated not having to carry hotel vouchers around with us to book in at each hotel, as one often has to do on package deal holidays. It's always an added chore to have to keep documentation safe when travelling. Also, we liked the people and it was great to feel safe and not to be 'watching one's back' all the time.
Thank you so much for organising it all for us. You have been terribly efficient all the way through and your attention to detail has been superb. We appreciated your message at our hotel half-way through the holiday. It was kind of you to think of us. I hope you received our reply via the receptionist.
